Louis Lloyd he is Public Relationship Officer at (TTCL) Tanzania Telecommunication Corporation Limited also he is the representative for Localization Lab in East Africa and he has become Executive Member Internet Society Tanzania. He has been a fellow at several forum like East Africa Philanthropy (EAPhilanthropy), The East African Internet Governance Forum (EEaigf), Paradigm Initiative, Tanzania Internet Governance Forum (TzIGF), Arusha Women school of internet governance (AruWSIG), CIPESA Fellow and RightCon . For couple of years louis has been working with Centre for Youth Empowerment and Leadership (CYEL) were he has been involved himself in works towards building informed, skilled and innovative communities by advocate digital right, localization of
application into Swahili language and all actively involved in internet governance in discussions
in local, national and international levels. he loves literature, video game and travel.
